I tried to find the official video for Nicki Minaj's Your Love buuuut it was basically no where to be found on youtube but I'm quite sure its on 106 & Park or you can check out Mtv jams or Mtv hits and it will come on sooner or later anyway.... what a difference in the songs although i dont think nicki's is a remake she just sampled the beat but still its a far leap from that song and that video for the original.... STRANGE! lol

Ugh You Listen To THAT?!

Man I hate it when people criticize me for listening to music other than Hip Hop or R&B. Like just because I am black I'm not allowed to listen to other genres wth, I can't help it that I am a diverse person and have a versatile range of music. My Itunes library consist of Country music, Classical, Punk, Pop, Blues, House as well as Rap, R&B and everything in between....

It bugs me when people talk shit about me listening to underground music or music of artist who are known but not super popular yet. I am very open to new music that I have never heard before I give the song and artist a complete chance before I write them off, I won't say, "Oh I never heard of this person before so I'm not going to listen or they're probably wack", or "This isn't an R&B or Hip Hop song so I know I'm not going to like it." That's not fair to the artist and its not fair to me because I could really be missing out on some really good music. And if you know me, you know I LOVE music and I cant/wont pass up a good thing....

Anyway I'm thinking of all this because I have a friend that is always talking shit about the type of music I listen to and the sad part about it is this person claims to be a diverse and open minded person. But the fact that this person automatically wants to turn the song or says that they don't like it only after 2 seconds of the song has played, would suggest otherwise....

I guess my main thing is if I don't judge you negatively for the variety or lack of variety of music you listen, then don't judge me. We are not all the same and we are going to have different likes and dislikes but that's part of what makes having friends fun because you get to learn new things from each other and in the process you learn about yourself....

Blog Update

As you can see or HEAR I added a music playlist thing to the blog with some of the songs that I love right now... just something else to keep you entertained.... more changes or should i say additions to come =]

The Hills Is OVER.....

And this is a good thing!! Once upon a time I use to love this show, I have literally seen all 102 episodes of The Hills and I am actually happy to see it go. Everyone already had been saying it was fake and scripted which it was confirmed that it was scripted by a member of the cast and the storylines were getting weaker and weaker. One thing for me that just made it seem so fake was they would be sitting in the house havent gone anywhere, and is not going anywhere but they are fully dressed with the stilettos on, hair and make-up flawless. Who does that? Back in like 06 and 07 when the show was still new we would see them lounging in sweats and a t shirt no make up on and hair pulled back in a messy ponytail just like everyone else. But in later series it wasnt like that anymore so that took away some of the authenticity of the show. The the whole Heidi and Spencer then UGH they made me so freaking sick I was so glad they didnt feature them in the last few episodes of the season because they were just to much and poor Heidi she's like a whole new person literally. Then once Kristin took over I knew that this show was done. I didnt think Kristin would be able to sustain the show on her own and as you can see she didnt. So I am happy to lay The Hills to rest, I watched a good show (in my opinion) go down hill... Im glad they ended it now so I can remember it for what it was and not for what it became.....

Jumping Ship: Blogger vs. Tumblr

Seems like everywhere i look people on blogger seem to be jumping ship to tumblr, I've seen tumblr there is actually one tumblr I like a lot (more on that later) but I dont really see how tumblr is better than blogger. And I personally think that a lot of people are just following the leader... going to tumblr because so and so is.....

But someone out there please correct me if im wrong, whats the difference between blogger and tumblr what makes one better then the other rather then them both being equal, help me understand....

Im sticking with blogger because I wont leave my main bitch for the sideline ho and because blogger hasnt disappointed me.... if it ever does then maybe I'll consider another site but for now we good =)

No More Free Online Movies For Me or You (sad face)

Awhile back I did a post 2 websites to watch free movies and tv shows online one, was http://www.hulu.com/ (one we all know) and the other i think i posted as http://www.watch-movies-online.tv/ or something like that but they changed their address to http://www.movies-links.tv/ anyway....



I was lowkey bored and I had just saw a trailer for Despicable Me and it reminded me of the site so i decide to go see whats new and I am greated with THIS.....

so as you can see that site is no more! It has been seized by the state of New York or something like that, this sucks because now I actually have to go to the movies to see stuff (dont judge me, its a recession). But this site changes there web address a lot and they were just a hosting site all the actual movies came from other places so who know they might just be back.... I'll keep a look out for it and post any new but for now.....
